Jeff Lipton
Jeff Lipton is a Berkeley-based real estate strategist, operator, and marketing expert. As business lead for his wife, top-producing East Bay broker associate Megan Micco, he oversees growth, marketing, finance, and operations for one of the region’s most respected practices.
Raised in Berkeley, Jeff graduated from Berkeley public schools, earned a Political Science degree from the University of Colorado (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. With 30+ years spanning music production, digital media, and natural resource management, he brings a data-driven approach to real estate. Since joining the practice full-time in 2020, he has led marketing automation, brand development, and operational systems that create seamless client experiences.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cycling and community building, serving on the board of TribeOne and volunteering with Defy Ventures.
